About this house rental
The fully furnished ground-floor apartment in our house is approximately 75 m² and features two bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. After a period of being rented out on a long-term basis, it has been available to guests again since January 2026. There is a south-facing terrace of approximately 26 m². Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.
Due to our house's location in the Lake Constance hinterland, in the heart of the scenic Upper Linzgau region, not only are all the attractions around Lake Constance easily accessible on half-day or full-day excursions, but also all the sights and leisure activities in the Linzgau, Upper Swabia, and Allgäu regions.
