The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Nantwich. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, airfryer, kettle and washing machine.

There is one family bathroom on the property which is equipped with a bath and overhead shower, sink basin and toilet.



GARDEN:

There is a lovely garden to enjoy at the rear of the property, with a designated seating area and a parasol for some shade. The garden is a private space for you during your stay, however, due to the nature of terrace houses such as these, there is a right of way through for the neighbouring properties to carry their bins out.

Just park up, leave your car there, and stroll into the beautiful town of Nantwich. Nantwich also has a great taxi service if you're looking to go further afield.

*No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.



*Quiet Hours After 10PM

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.



*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place

Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.



*Travel Cots & High Chairs

Travel cots and high chairs are available subject to availability and are charged at £10 per item per stay. Please request these in advance of your arrival.



*Stays Over 10 Nights

Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £114 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver

We require: A refundable security deposit of £250 per stay.





*Online Check-In Required

To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.



*Check-In/Out Policy

Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)

Late check-out (after 10AM): £20/half hour



*Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver

We require either:

A refundable security deposit of £250–£500 (depending on property size), OR

A non-refundable damage waiver of £50–£150 (depending on length of stay)
