The semi-open living area is comfortable and welcoming, with a seating area and a large dining table well suited for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen is there whenever you want to cook in, or you can arrange a private chef for lunch or dinner. The pool sits at the heart of the property - long enough for proper laps, easy enough to spend the whole afternoon beside.

All five bedrooms are air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms featuring rain showers. One bedroom includes a TV and flexible sleeping options with twin beds and convertible couches, making it a good fit for families travelling with kids. The villa can also be set up with a twin bed configuration in another room if needed - just let the team know in advance.

Sitting in the heart of Oberoi, one of Seminyak's most sought after neighbourhoods, the villa manages to feel like a world away from the buzz just outside its gates. Wake up to birds in the garden, spend your mornings in the shade of the lush tropical greenery, and watch the sun go down from the upstairs balcony as the sky turns over Seminyak. The beach, restaurants, and shops are all a short walk away, but once you are inside the villa, none of that feels close at all.

The staff will come daily to clean the villa for you. If you let the management know at least a day in advance, they may also provide a delicious breakfast at the villa. You may also engage a private chef to prepare lunch or dinner - please ask the manager for options and pricing. The manager is also available to help with laundry, massages, restaurant visits, transport, and more. Do not hesitate to get in touch.

Parking is available for scooters only. Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time - bats, lizards, bugs - all completely harmless and part of local everyday life. The villa does not have a generator - in the rare event of a local power outage this is outside the host's control.

The living/common area of this villa is semi-open, which means there is no air conditioning in this area. However, ceiling fans are available for your comfort.

**A refundable security deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages, indoor smoking, missing items, unpaid additional services, or other charges incurred during your stay.

FAQs

- Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 15:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that late check-in from 8 PM is charged IDR 200k. These charges occur for longer staff attendance reasons.

- Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
- A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 15:00; an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 15:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, please get in touch with us. Should the villa be empty, we'll be happy to store them.

- Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
- A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What's app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.

- Q : Can we have extra clean towels?
- A : For eco-friendly reasons towels are changed every three days. Please leave them on the floor for our staff to pick-it up. Towels left hanging on racks will be considered clean if not on the floor.

- Q : What is the maximum occupancy for this villa?
- A : This villa is for 10 people, but the maximum capacity is for 13 people which means that the 11th - 13th person are counted as extra guests. The extra guest fee would be USD25/night/person from 2 years old.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « book now » button.

Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected by our team.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A penalty of IDR 3,000,000 will be applied if indoor smoking is detected, in addition to any charges for damages or extra cleaning.
