Upon arrival, you’ll find a spacious garage with plenty of room for parking and storing outdoor equipment like ATVs and snowmobiles.

One of the standout features is the expansive 500+ sq. ft. deck, where you can take in sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and forest. It’s the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening barbecues, or simply soaking in the peaceful scenery.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole house and the garage. Guests also have access to the shared Clubhouse with Outdoor pool and firepit.



The Neighborhood:

This is a fantastic neighborhood to enjoy the Black Hills! You can snowmobile and ATV right from the cabins, minutes from downhill skiing, hiking and biking trails and 10 minutes from Deadwood. The development is paved and it`s very easy to access!

This is a vacation home area with a shared Clubhouse you can use. The amenities at the Clubhouse include outdoor heated pool, seating, outdoor firepit, game room and community kitchen.



Getting Around:

There are taxis you can take to get around. If you drive, there is a large driveway that can accommodate several vehicles.
