The apartment is located in a large historic building that is currently undergoing partial renovation.
Only 6 apartments from our TurnKey collection are available in the property, ensuring a private and quiet stay experience for our guests.
Please note:
The building previously operated as a hotel and is now being gradually refurbished
Common areas may still be in the process of improvement
All apartments are fully private and equipped for a comfortable stay
Construction activity is limited to daytime hours only
Your apartment itself is fully prepared and designed for a comfortable stay with self check-in and full privacy.

Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Wenceslas Square, the National Museum, Muzeum metro station, and Riegrovy Sady Park. The area combines the convenience of the city centre with a more relaxed residential atmosphere, making it an excellent base for exploring Prague.

➤ CHECK-IN AND CITY TAX
All guests, including Czech citizens, are required by law to complete an online check-in form before check-in. This includes providing ID information and paying a city tourist tax. You will receive a secure link to complete the necessary information.
➤ GUEST COUNT
Make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. The apartment will be prepared for the number of guests you booked.
➤ CHILD SAFETY
Please note that while the apartment is family-friendly, it has not been childproofed. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safety during their stay.
