The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, two doubles, a second-floor double, a second-floor single with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a second-floor single, along with a bathroom with bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Town: Resting at the tip of the Wirral, just across the River Mersey opposite the city of Liverpool, you will find the bustling seaside resort of New Brighton. Boasting sandy beaches and spectacular views out to the Irish Sea, the suburb has become a popular destination for tourists, and is best known as being the location of 'Fort Perch Rock', a Grade II listed sea defence built in the 19th century, along with the historic landmark of Perch Rock Lighthouse. New Brighton is surrounded by Birkenhead to the south, Wallasey to the west, and Liverpool to the east, whilst being within easy driving distance of other notable locations such as West Kirby and Hoylake. Visitors to New Brighton can stock up on essentials at one of the many convenience stores and supermarkets located within, whilst dining options in the area are aplenty, with The Telegraph Inn and Stanley's Cask serving up traditional pub grub, along with Green Chilli, Rockwood Bistro, and Nickel City New Brighton representing just a handful of the foodie hotspots on offer. For a full day out, the city of Chester is a brief car journey south, a historic settlement boasting iconic attractions such as the Roman Walls and Amphitheatre, along with Chester Cathedral and the tranquil stretch of the River Dee.
