73 Cildraeth is a single-storey lodge accessed via three steps to the front door. The property offers two bedrooms comprising a double and a 2'6" twin, along with a shower room featuring a shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living space includes a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire and individually controlled electric radiators. Amenities include electric central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and access to an on-site shared coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Entertainment is provided with a TV with Freeview and DVD player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is an enclosed veranda with furniture, designated off-road parking for 1 car, and access to the holiday park's communal grounds and woodland walk. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome, with a dedicated dog shower and gated dog exercise area known as "WOOFLANDS" available on site. Sorry, no smoking. Local amenities including a shop and pub can be found 0.7 miles away, while the beach is 1.2 miles from the lodge. Note: The lodge is accessed via three steps. Note: Any dog listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 banned breeds list is not permitted in the lodge or on the Woodlands Lodge Retreat site. Please be advised that any dog listed on the banned dogs list under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 is not permitted in the lodge or on the Woodlands Lodge Retreat site at all. Just a short drive away are various beaches, fishing lakes and the regency harbour town of Aberaeron, along with wonderful walks and cycle routes that are easily accessible. The popular beachside harbour town of New Quay is just 3 miles away, where you will find a traditional seaside feel and perhaps the chance to buy the day's catch. Lovely shops, tea rooms, ice cream parlours, fish and chip shops, dolphin watching and boat rides can all be enjoyed in New Quay. With the picturesque Cardigan coastline and the inland beauty of the Cambrian Mountains and Preselli Hills, this is a perfect location for any type of holiday you’re looking for.
