THE SITE (WHERE ARE YOU)
An unforgettable experience in a dream home, overlooking the rocks and with the sea setting the pace of time. From the magnificent terrace, the view sweeps between the blue of the sea and the blue of the sky, until you get lost in infinity on the horizon. To complete this dream scenario, there is a magnificent pool 'suspended' on the sea for the use of the residents of the building and a private passage to dive directly from the cliff. Located along the Aurelia state road, between Arenzano and Genova Voltri, Casa Salto nel Blu offers the convenience of a precious reserved parking space. A practical pedestrian path allows you to easily reach both villages and access the beaches of nearby Vesima or the one, even more suggestive, adjacent to the Villa of the Renzo Piano Foundation.
THE SPACE (DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE)
The house is protected by a wall that separates it from the main road in order to preserve complete privacy, so the first door on the sidewalk leads to the main entrance of the building. To reach the first floor where the apartment is located, you use a spacious elevator all in exposed glass or you climb some comfortable flights of stairs.
The Salto nel Blu house is located on two floors. From the entrance, a corridor opens the doors to the eat-in kitchen fully equipped with appliances and dishes, to the bathroom with toilet and shower and ending in the very bright living room with sofa, TV and dining room. From here, thanks to the windows that occupy half of the walls, a breathtaking view of the sea opens up. A finely furnished terrace completes the outdoor space on the sea.
The sleeping area is accessed via internal stairs that descend downstairs where there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom complete with toilet, shower and washing machine.
From this floor, with another furnished terrace available, it is possible to reach both the pool area and the private cliff.
Air conditioning is present both in the living area and in the sleeping area as well as heating.
The services offered include air conditioning, bath and bed linen, WIFI, space for a car.
This house can therefore accommodate up to 4 people.
It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.
This facility complies with municipal waste disposal regulations. More information will be provided on site.
