Whether you are here for skiing, hiking, summer adventures, or a relaxing family getaway, this home gives you the space and comfort to enjoy Summit County in every season.

The home is built for gathering. The main living room has soaring ceilings, oversized windows, mountain views, comfortable seating, and a stone fireplace that anchors the room. It flows into the kitchen and dining areas, making it easy for everyone to stay connected whether you are cooking, relaxing, or planning the day.
The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, with a large island, high-end appliances, and counter-height seating that provides plenty of room for group meals. There are multiple dining spaces, including a formal dining area and a smaller breakfast nook with big windows and views.
Downstairs, guests can enjoy a second living area, game room, pool table, wet bar, and theater room: perfect for kids, teens, or adults who want a separate hangout space.
The bedrooms are spread throughout the home, giving groups room to settle in comfortably. The home includes multiple private bedrooms, a bunk room, and several bathrooms, including a beautiful primary bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

This is a large mountain home with multiple levels, stairs, decks and outdoor areas.
