The Space:

The four bedrooms are designed as private sanctuaries, featuring two plush king beds and two queen beds to ensure a restful stay. The living room serves as a sophisticated hub with a cozy sofa bed, while the fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining room provide everything needed for gourmet meals. Guests can enjoy four private balconies, a serene backyard, and a refreshing private pool. The crown jewel is the expansive rooftop, which features a jacuzzi, plunge pool, and grill for unforgettable evenings. Additional amenities include six full bathrooms and one half bathroom, high speed internet, air conditioning, and access to an exclusive sports center with a gym and tennis courts. Master bedroom 1 features a king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 each offer a queen bed. The studio bedroom includes a king bed. The living area is bright and airy, perfect for group gatherings. Outdoor spaces are designed for tropical relaxation, whether you are lounging in the garden or enjoying the rooftop views.



Guest Access:

You will receive a four digit code on the day of your check in to access the property. As our guest, you have exclusive use of your private holiday home, including the private pool, fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and multiple balconies. You are also welcome to enjoy the shared community amenities, which include the sport center gym, paddel , tennis and basket courts, sport center pool, and the beach club pool. Please feel free to relax in the private garden and backyard or take in the views from your own rooftop terrace.

You are just moments away from pristine beaches and lush tropical landscapes, making it an ideal spot for those looking to unwind in a secure and secluded environment.



Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient during your stay. We offer free parking on the premises for your vehicle, making it easy to explore the beautiful Riviera Maya at your own pace. For those arriving by air, the property is located along the main highway between Cancun and Tulum, providing straightforward access to major transit routes. While public transportation options like local colectivos are available along the highway, we recommend renting a car to fully enjoy nearby attractions such as the cenotes, the dining options in Puerto Aventuras, and our exclusive private beach club.

🏖️ **Beach Club Access**



During your stay, you may enjoy access to the beach club for a **$250 MXN cover charge per person**.



On **Mondays and Tuesdays, there is no cover charge**; however, a **minimum consumption of $500 MXN per person** in food and beverages is required.



**Children under 12 years old do not pay a cover charge.**
