Since May 15, 2017: Awarded "House of the Year 2016" by the Edenkonen Heritage Association for its exceptionally successful renovation.
This architect-designed house with a listed facade underwent extensive renovation (completed August 2016).
The eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and natural light are located on the first floor, and the bedroom is on the second floor.
Bicycles can be stored in the shed. The lockable courtyard is available for tenants to use as a parking space.
