• First floor : Cozy living room and fully equipped semi-open kitchen with beautiful sea views.
• Second floor : One bedroom with a 140 cm double bed (convertible into 2 single beds), one bedroom with a 90 cm single bed, a separate toilet with washbasin, and a sunny terrace with panoramic sea views.

⚠️ Please note : This traditional village house is spread over four levels and features several staircases, some of which are steep and narrow, with a few low ceiling areas where you may need to duck slightly.

Young children are welcome but should be supervised at all times.
The property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.

🚗 By car : The house is easily accessible by road. You may stop briefly in front of the property to unload your luggage before parking in one of the nearby public car parks.
During the summer season, Saint-François Car Park is recommended.

🚌 By bus : The regional ZOU! bus network connects Bormes-les-Mimosas with Hyères, Toulon, and Saint-Tropez.
Local services also provide easy access to Le Lavandou and the nearby beaches.

🚖 By taxi : Taxis are available by reservation for convenient local travel.

🚆 By train : Hyères train station is approximately 20 km away, and Toulon train station is about 40 km away.
