Welcome to our stylish three-story townhome conveniently located in central Houston! The home features a beautifully updated full bathroom, a comfortable KING-size bed, and a bedroom TV that was recently added. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your favorite meals or warm up leftovers from Houston’s amazing restaurants. Relax in the spacious living room with an oversized sectional sofa, Smart TV, cozy blankets, and plenty of pillows. Guests also have complimentary access to the washer and dryer.
You’ll have private access to everything included in this listing. A separate section of the first floor operates as another hosting unit and has its own private, secured entrance. The only shared space is the gated outdoor entry, so you may occasionally see other guests coming or going. Since the kitchen and dining space are located above the downstairs unit, we kindly ask that you remove noisy shoes while upstairs.
The location provides convenient access to many of Houston’s popular destinations. The Texas Medical Center, NRG Stadium, and Downtown Houston are approximately 5–10 minutes away. Within about 15 minutes, you can reach Shell Energy Stadium(Dynamo), Daikin Park(Minute Maid Park), Rice University, University of Houston, Texas Southern University, Houston Zoo, the Museum District, and a wide variety of restaurants, food trucks, breweries, and steakhouses.
Highway 288 is just moments from the property, providing quick access to Downtown Houston in approximately 8 minutes and helping you avoid unnecessary neighborhood traffic.
Free street parking is readily available in front of the property along the grassy area.
No pets are permitted due to severe allergies. We also kindly ask guests to leave their shoes in the foyer to help protect the soft pine flooring upstairs.

Guests will enter the townhome through our secure, gated side entrance. You’ll also have exclusive use of a private second-floor patio—a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day and enjoy your favorite drink.
The side walkway and patio are well-lit to provide both a welcoming atmosphere and added visibility at night.
Please avoid the rear area of the first floor, as this space belongs to a separate hosting unit.
Other things to note
TV Update: A second TV has recently been installed in the bedroom. The home now includes two TVs, including an upgraded 65-inch Smart QLED TV in the living room.
Detailed check-in information and helpful arrival tips will be provided through VRBO either the day before or the day of your arrival. Self check-in is available anytime after 3:00 PM, allowing you to arrive and come and go at your convenience.
Please make sure your booking reflects the correct number of guests. Any unregistered visitors, whether staying overnight or not, may be charged an additional $20 per night.
