While this home does not have central air conditioning, the mountain climate typically provides cool evenings and comfortable overnight temperatures. For added comfort during the warmer summer months, fans are provided in each bedroom.
The home is also equipped with a whole-house fan, which is an excellent way to cool the home naturally. For the best results, wait until the outside temperature drops into the 60s, then open the screened doors on the second and third floors and turn the whole-house fan to High. The fan moves a significant amount of cool evening air through the home, helping to lower the indoor temperature quickly.
The whole-house fan switch is located in the primary bedroom.

This property uses our Triple Sheet Method, where two sheets completely encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover is freshly laundered between every guest, providing an extra clean and comfortable sleeping experience.
