Casa Limone is a lovingly renovated historic rustico, perfect for one or two people who want to experience Lake Garda authentically. It's located in the heart of Italian village life and only 90 meters from the lake.

To reach the house, you have to walk up a small alley for about 100 meters. A staircase leads directly to the house entrance, which blends harmoniously into the authentic atmosphere of the village.

Casa Limone combines historic natural stone walls with modern living comfort on 37 m². The ground floor comprises a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, as well as a bright bathroom with a spacious rain shower. Travertine flooring, natural materials and floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened wide create a bright and pleasant atmosphere.

The adjoining terrace with its lemon tree is the perfect place for a coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the evening, or simply a short break after an eventful day at Lake Garda.

The sleeping area with warm wooden floors is located on the upper floor. The view overlooks Lake Garda, the rooftops of Castelletto, and the church tower.

The property does not have private parking spaces; however, one (1) parking permit will be issued for the use of parking spaces available in the surrounding area.



Note: Due to the narrow staircase, Casa Limone is only partially suitable for guests who are unsure about stairs or have limited mobility.

Casa Limone has been restored with respect for its history and furnished with great attention to detail. The house is located in the historic center of Castelletto di Brenzone. Restaurants, cafes, an ice cream parlor, two small supermarkets, etc.

The waterfront promenade and the small harbor are easily accessible on foot. Hiking trails into the beautiful olive groves also begin practically at the doorstep.

A place to arrive. To breathe deeply. And to enjoy.

For added comfort, the apartment features Starlink internet, fly screens, and a modern ArgillaTherm climate ceiling for cooling in summer and heating in winter. A ground-floor shared cantina with a laundry room also offers practical space for bicycles, SUPs or sports equipment.

Towels and bed linen are provided and included in the price for all guests. Drinks, food (e.g., spices, salt, oil, etc.) and consumables (e.g., soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) are not provided.

Pets are allowed. There is a mandatory fee of €30 per pet, payable in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A fee of €30 will be charged for arrivals after 8:00 PM, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before arrival or departure.

Upon arrival, all guests must show identification and pay the tourist tax (children under 11 years are exempt from the tourist tax).
