This exceptional penthouse apartment is accessible via a magnificent staircase with 3.5 flights of stairs (no elevator).

The 36 m² apartment comprises a combined living/bedroom, hallway, outdoor kitchen (with dormer window), and two bathrooms, one of which is an outdoor bathroom with a dormer window.

The unique furnishings feature authentic Art Nouveau mahogany furniture and matching lamps.

The indoor bathroom is in the Tuscan style, with a vanity, antique marble floor and wall tiles, and walls inlaid with faience tiles depicting typical landscape views.
