The Apartment

Located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment has a bright and relaxed Algarve feel, with white interiors, natural details and a comfortable layout for up to 6 guests.

Living Room & Dining Area:

The living room is spacious and bright, with direct access to the main balcony and a relaxed seating area for slow holiday evenings. A cozy fireplace corner adds character to the room, while the dining area connects naturally with the kitchen through a practical serving counter.

Balcony:

The main balcony is accessed from the living room and is one of the apartment’s most pleasant features. It has an outdoor dining table, a small grill and open views over the resort gardens, with the pool area visible in the distance.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the living and dining area through a serving counter, making it practical for everyday use during a holiday stay.

Located just 40 minutes from Faro Airport, the apartment is 900 meters from Maria Luísa Beach. Nearby, you'll find cafes, shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The bus stop to Albufeira is 2 km away.Albufeira is a coastal city in the Algarve region, located in the south of Portugal. The former fishing village has transformed into a highly sought-after holiday destination with beaches and a bustling nightlife area. Local fishermen now utilize the modern marina, a hub for diving, dolphin watching, and boat tours. Colorful residential buildings surround it, with a seaside promenade.

If you are arriving by plane from Faro Airport, the best option to reach the apartment is by car.

If you have a rental car, you can park just a few meters away in a spacious free parking lot next to the condominium. Taxi or Uber are also options to reach the apartment, but for a quicker and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an additional cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
