The pools are shared with the resort and are open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. They are closed from November to March.

The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

With a fantastic location by the sea, you can enjoy access to a tennis and paddle court (extra cost), a multi-game court, playgrounds, outdoor pools, restaurants and supermarket (from April to October). Easily access the beach through an elevator built on the cliff or by stairs.
Just 2 km from the small fishing village of Alvor and Praia da Rocha, 5 km from Portimão and 75 km from Faro airport.

If you are arriving by plane from Faro Airport, the best option to reach the apartment is by car.

Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the property, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ Self-Catered Accommodation
The accommodation is self-catered. Some basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essentials. These items are offered as a courtesy and are not replenished during the stay.

￫ Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, one additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ Cleaning
The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Additional cleaning services or linen and towel changes can be requested during the stay at an extra cost. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. One set of keys will be provided.

￫ Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox.

￫ Keys
Guests are responsible for the keys during their stay. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If assistance is required due to lost or damaged keys, any associated costs will be charged to the guest. In case of lost keys, an additional penalty may apply.

￫ Noise Monitoring
The property is equipped with noise monitoring sensors to help maintain a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors. These devices measure decibel levels only; they do not record audio or use cameras, ensuring complete privacy.

￫ Baby Equipment
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

￫ Long Stays (28+ nights)
For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Night-time In person assistance
Night time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
