For your comfort and flexibility, our hospitality team will provide a self check-in service. Before your arrival, you will receive a code to open the on-site lockbox and collect the keys.

To help us prepare everything in advance, please share your flight number and expected arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival. This allows our team to ensure the apartment is ready for your stay.

Clube Albufeira is located 35 km from Faro Airport and just 2.5 km from the center of Albufeira, one of the most lively and emblematic cities in the Algarve, with some of the best restaurants and bars in the region.
Within the resort there is a mini-market, but also a supermarket (Pingo Doce) just 1 km away. There are also two major shopping centers in the area: Algarve Shopping and Aqua Portimão, both about 20 minutes away by car.

In addition to enjoying a fantastic sunny day by the pools, you can also venture out to discover the beautiful beaches of the region, such as Praia da Senhora da Rocha and Praia da Cova Redonda (awarded among the most beautiful beaches in Europe), Praia dos Pescadores, São Rafael, Salgados and Galé, are all a 5-10 minute distance from the property. Slide & Splash Water Park and ZooMarine are just a 10 minute drive away.

If you are arriving by plane from Faro Airport, the best option to reach the apartment is by car.

If you have a rental car you can park inside the condo, next to the apartment.

Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get to the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, book our Airport Transfer Service (subject to an extra cost).

￫ Self-Catered Accommodation
The accommodation is self-catered. Some basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, and other essentials. These items are offered as a courtesy and are not replenished during the stay.

￫ Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, one additional set of bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ Cleaning
The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers check-out cleaning only. Additional cleaning services or linen and towel changes can be requested during the stay at an extra cost. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. One set of keys will be provided. The lockbox may be used during the stay if the keys need to be shared between guests.

￫ Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys back in the lockbox.

￫ Keys
Guests are responsible for the keys during their stay. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If assistance is required due to lost or damaged keys, any associated costs will be charged to the guest. In case of lost keys, an additional penalty may apply.

￫ Noise Monitoring
The property is equipped with noise monitoring sensors to help maintain a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors. These devices measure decibel levels only; they do not record audio or use cameras, ensuring complete privacy.

￫ Baby Equipment
A baby cot and high chair are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

￫ Long Stays (28+ nights)
For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.) exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Resort Facilities
The Resort has access control to the facilities. All guests must wear a (reusable) wristband, which gives access to the facilities. Each wristband costs 20€ in cases of loss.

￫ Night-time In person assistance
Night time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am.
