Located in a quiet residential area of Cascais, the apartment offers a relaxed atmosphere while remaining close to the town centre. Just a few minutes away, you will find beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, coastal cycle paths, and some of the region’s most iconic landscapes.
Its location also makes it an excellent base for exploring Sintra, the Guincho coast, Estoril, and Lisbon.

The apartment enjoys a privileged location in Cascais, with excellent access to the region’s main roads and just a few minutes from the town centre. Cascais train station is approximately a 7-minute drive away, offering direct connections to Estoril, Oeiras, and central Lisbon along the scenic coastal railway line.

There are also several bus stops nearby, providing convenient transport within Cascais and to neighbouring areas. For those wishing to explore the region, access to the A5 motorway is quick and convenient, allowing easy travel to Lisbon, Sintra, and Lisbon Airport.

Public parking is available in the surrounding area, free of charge and subject to availability. However, due to the apartment’s elevated location, some journeys may be more convenient by car, taxi, or ride-hailing services. Cascais Historic Centre, the beaches, the marina, Boca do Inferno, and several leisure areas are all just a few minutes away, making this an excellent base for discovering the very best of Cascais and the Lisbon region.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
