The studio features a double wall bed (140cm x 200cm Murphy bed), TV, and two comfortable armchairs. Opening up to an interior patio with a dining table, it's a pleasantly lit space.

Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a coffee machine (coffee not included).

- Parking
One free parking spot in the garage.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the property with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

1. Metro: Matosinhos has its own metro station, "Matosinhos Sul" (850 meters from the studio - approximately 10 minutes), which is part of the Porto Metro system. This provides easy access to the city center of Porto, allowing you to reach popular destinations quickly and efficiently.

2. Bus Services: Matosinhos has an extensive bus network that connects various neighborhoods within the city and nearby areas. You can use buses to reach different parts of Matosinhos and explore its surroundings. To reach Matosinhos Sul you should use the lines 500 or 502.

5. Regional Trains: If you plan to explore other cities and towns in the Porto region, you can access regional train services from Matosinhos. The main train station in Porto, São Bento, is well-connected to Matosinhos.

6. Cycling and Walking: Matosinhos is a relatively compact city, and many amenities and attractions are within walking or cycling distance. There are dedicated cycling lanes and pedestrian-friendly areas, making it easy to explore on foot or by bike.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee of 25€.
￫ Monthly utilities bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities.
