For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

￫ The property is self-catered. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including toiletries for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only — replacements or refills are not included.

￫ Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed linen and towel kit will be provided free of charge at check-in.

￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning services or additional linen changes can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee — these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, the keys must be placed inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ During the stay, guests are responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please do not leave the keys in the door lock or in the mailbox. If technical assistance is required to open the door, or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the resulting costs will be charged to the guest. In case of lost keys, a penalty will apply.

￫ A travel cot and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an additional cost.

￫ For stays of 28 nights or more, monthly utility consumption above €150 will be charged separately. By completing the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ The pool may be subject to maintenance by decision of the condominium and without prior notice.
