The Space

- Ground Floor

The main entrance can be accessed through the private garage, ideal for added convenience, especially when travelling with luggage or by car. There is also an independent entrance for those who prefer not to go through the garage.

On this floor, you will find a simple and cozy interior bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), featuring a wooden-based shower integrated into the room itself, plus a guest bathroom.

- 1st Floor: Social Area

Up the wooden stairs, you enter the spacious living room, where modern white furniture harmoniously contrasts with the warmth of wooden floors and a wall that mimics natural stone, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Here, you can relax on a comfortable chaise-longue sofa, watch TV, or share meals around the wooden dining table.

The roomy kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, electric stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Delta coffee machine - inviting you to prepare meals at your own pace, whether for a peaceful breakfast or a relaxed dinner.

- 2nd Floor: Rest Area

One more flight of stairs leads to the house’s most private zone:

- The house is spread over three floors, all connected by internal stairs, making it less suitable for young children or guests with limited mobility.

- The building is old and shows some signs of wear, which contribute to its unique and welcoming character.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
