A private underground parking space and an adjacent secure bicycle storage room are available. The apartment is accessible via an elevator. For a fee and subject to availability, the facilities such as the swimming pool, the wellness area including sauna and e-charging station (TIWAG) of the adjacent Hotel DAS WALCHSEE can be used.
