Settled in a small picturesque Mediterranean place of Ražanj near Rogoznica, within an hour of drive from the UNESCO-protected town of Trogir, Krka National Park, and well-known tourist gems Šibenik and Split, our Villa Ema is a beautiful pet-friendly luxury villa which will provide you with a peaceful holiday and escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life.
The villa's location offers privacy where guests can relax and enjoy a beautiful garden with a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a summer kitchen, and a comfortable dining-seating area.
The ground floor is composed of a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area can be reached from the garden through the large glass door. On the same floor, there is one double bedroom with a king-size bed, a sea view and a private bathroom, as well as a guest toilet.
The remaining three bedrooms, all with king-size beds and sea views, are placed on the first floor, which can be reached via the internal stairs. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while two other bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
A real gem of luxury at Villa Ema is the roof terrace, reachable via the stairs from the first floor, contains a 4 sqm jacuzzi sauna and deck chairs, and offers beautiful sea views and sunsets. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has internet access, and provides free parking at the premises.
