My architecturally designed home is not your usual property Listing near Yosemite. It is your own mini Yosemite!

There's a seasonal river to swim in with rock pools to swim in thats visible from your deck which wraps around the entire home.

Another custom deck features hot shower coming out the granite boulders and clawfoot tub overlooking the river.

If you want a truly unique experience, my place makes you feel as though you are still in Yosemite after you have returned from your day.

The space
Step inside this spacious, high-ceilinged A-frame where rustic-chic design meets modern comfort. The home is designed to create a seamless connection between the indoors and the great outdoors, with stunning landscape views from every room.

**Living Area:**
A bright, open-concept living space with high ceilings that flows out onto the deck.

**Kitchen:**
A beautiful, rustic-modern kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals.

**Bedrooms:**
The home features three stylishly decorated bedrooms. The third bedroom is a versatile loft-style workspace that opens to the living area below.

**Deck:**
An expansive, wrap-around deck offers stunning views of the seasonal river, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

**Detached Lower Deck:**
Enjoy a soak in our two person soaking tub or outdoor shower, that is situated away from the house, while overlooking the river. It is functional all year round, and makes for an incredible outdoor bathing experience. It is occasionally shared, but mostly private for your use.

**Washer/dryer:**
Fully equipped Washer /Dryer available for your use.

**Piano**
Fully tuned Piano - we encourage its use for all guests.

**Pack n Play Crib:**
Available for your use, but worth checking availability if you require it.

**Pet Friendly**
The 5 acres of pristine kept land will win your furry friend over - guaranteed! (Please ensure you pay the Pet Fee to cover cleaning when you make your booking).

Guest access
The property is situated on 5 Acres of pristine Sierra Nevada foothills land.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire A-frame cabin and its wrap-around deck.

You will also have access to incredible shared amenities across the property, offering a perfect blend of privacy and community:

- Shared driveway.

- Access to the seasonal river with its natural rock pools for swimming.

- A unique outdoor bathing area featuring a clawfoot tub and a hot shower built into the natural granite boulders, all overlooking the river.

Please note that the Garage is not available for guest use.

Other things to note
- RECENT UPDATES -
6/19/26 - We have had one complaint about ants and a rodent present in the home in this last week. We have never had issues with this before, but it is the season and we are in the mountains here, so it does happen. We have had a pest controller over and installed baits and traps throughout the inside and outside of the house. We have also stepped up our cleaning to ensure there is no food present. Please make sure you clean the kitchen and don’t leave food out. If you have any questions about this you can reach out to me directly.

6/19/26 - The river will dry up this year in the next few weeks. It will be swimmable for another couple of weeks after that, and then dried up for the season.

7/8/26 - There has been some confusion by one guest regarding our tub situation. Please note and to be absolutely clear, the Hot Tub is a Two Person soaking tub that is located on a deck away from the house. It is shared with other guests, but very seldom used by anyone else.

- POWER OUTAGES -
Whilst uncommon, here in the mountains power outages occur more regularly than in the city, particularly during periods of intense weather like wildfire season and snow storms.

We provide a generator for your convenience that covers lights, wifi, outlets and refrigerator, but not the hot tub or the heating and cooling.

In the event that the power goes out, our maintenance specialist will be on call, but we may require your assistance also.

- FIRE PLACE AND FIRE PIT -
Wildfire is a very real risk in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Please be aware of burning restrictions, and feel free check in with the host if you have any questions.

Guests will need to bring their own firewood (including paper, tinder and kindling) in order to use the indoor wood stove or the outdoor fire pit.

- PROPANE GRILL -
If you wish to use the propane grill, please provide at least three days' notice before your check-in date.

- WIFI -
We have a dedicated Starlink servicing the home. Again, the vast majority of the time the wifi is operational, but weather, hardware failure, and service downtime can affect the availability of this.

We manage this as best we can by:
- Having a UPS to prevent power surges.
- Holding back up hardware in the event of failure
- Having a maintenance person available at short notice.
