Set within one of Troon's beautiful traditional sandstone buildings dating back over 120 years, the apartment blends period character with modern comforts, making it the perfect base for couples, families, golfers, business travellers and coastal getaways. Sleeping up to four guests, the apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms. One features a double bed, while the Highland Room has versatile zip-and-link beds that can be configured as either a supr king or two single beds to suit your group. From the upstairs bedrooms, guests can enjoy partial views towards the sea and, on a clear day, the beautiful Isle of Bute. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, PlayStation 4 and a selection of board games are provided for relaxing evenings in. Families are very welcome, with a travel cot and high chair available. We also welcome well-behaved pets and provide a dog bed & bowls while many of Troon's cafés, pubs and restaurants are dog friendly too. Leave the car behind—beautiful sandy beaches, the marina, harbour, independent shops, cafés, bars, restaurants are all within easy walking distance, with Troon Beach and Barassie Beach just a five-minute stroll away. Golf enthusiasts will be perfectly placed to enjoy the world-famous Royal Troon Golf Club, along with several other outstanding courses nearby. Whether you're arriving by train, plane or ferry, The Turrets is perfectly positioned, with excellent transport links just a short walk or drive away. Troon railway station is within easy walking distance, the ferry terminal offers regular sailings to the Isle of Arran, and Glasgow Prestwick Airport is only a five-minute drive away. For your convenience, self check-in allows flexible arrival. Parking is available on the surrounding streets, with additional unmarked spaces in the car park behind the building. There are also parking bays directly opposite the apartment on Templehill with a two-hour maximum stay, while unrestricted parking can be found just a little further along the road - a 2 minute walk. Beach towels, a cool bag and ice packs are provided for days by the sea, helping you make the most of Ayrshire's stunning coastline.
