Welcome to our beautiful, modern, new build property in the village of Hanwood, less than 5 miles from Shrewsbury. Hanwood is a lovely village with a community owned pub and local village shop, both within walking distance.

Ideally located just of the A5 with easy access to Oswestry, Telford and Wales. It`s a great base to see the sights and explore the surrounding areas of outstanding natural beauty, like the Shropshire Hills.

The house itself has parking for several vehicles and has a grand hallway with plenty of glass. There`s an ensuite bedroom to the right as you enter with a king size bed. To the left there`s there a snug with smart TV, sofas and a table football table. There`s also desk in there if one of the guests wanted to do some work.

To the rear of the house there`s a large open plan living space, with comfy sofas with a 55` smart TV, a large dining table, kitchen with built in dishwasher and essential kitchen equipment to truly make yourself at home. In summer you can open the bi-fold doors and extend the living space into the garden. There`s a utility room with washing machine and dryer. And a downstairs toilet.

Upstairs you will find four bedrooms and the family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, one with ensuite, the one bedroom with a king size and a single bed and then a smaller single bedroom.

There is key safe and details will sent three days before arival with code on the morning of arrival. You have access to the entire house

You will be required to sign our rental agreement (terms and conditions) provide a form of identity, and pay a refundable security deposit or damage waiver. This is done via Safeguest and a link to do this will be provided when you book the reservation.

Although the house is large and detached, we have neighbours, loud or late parties will not be tolerated. You may be asked to leave and charged.

Please note there is no facility currently to charge electric cars. If this is required, please contact me.
