The master bedroom features a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bedroom ceiling is adorned with twinkling stars. The second bedroom, accessible via a spiral staircase, offers two single beds. A separate toilet is also available.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a cozy dining area. Large windows offer stunning views of the Tegernsee mountains, including the Wallberg, Setzberg, Blankenstein, and Risserkogel. A wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere.

One balcony faces south and is furnished with chairs and a table. The second balcony faces west, allowing you to enjoy the sun until late afternoon.
