The air-conditioned Villa MATI accommodates 4 guests (children aged 13–17 are welcome). It features 3 bedrooms for your comfort and to accommodate your preferred sleeping arrangements. It guarantees a spacious and private living space.
For your comfort, the beds are made upon arrival, and cleaning fees and household linen (bath towels and pool towels) are fully included in the rental price. Free fibre-optic Wi-Fi, access to French TNT channels and Amazon Prime Video.
A dedicated office space is available for remote working. One bedroom has direct access to the swimming pool and is equipped with a treadmill.

- The 1,200 m² garden is beautifully landscaped, with flowers, trees and a lawned area.
- The private 4 x 11 m boules court is completely secluded and not overlooked. Twelve boules and boules accessories are provided.

- The private, tiled 8 x 4 m swimming pool, with no overlooking neighbours, has a lovely artificial-grass area with 6 sun loungers with comfortable cushions, 2 garden sofas and a private outdoor shower.
The telescopic pool enclosure helps maintain the water temperature at around 30°C during the summer season.
