iECHIE: The Way to Light is a colonial architectural secret hidden in the heart of Bogotá. Distributed over three independent levels that rise under impressive wooden beam ceilings and are connected by a beautiful spiral staircase, this house is designed for those who love to discover spaces with soul.

The First Level - Meeting and Outdoors:
A vibrant social space that integrates a fully equipped kitchen with a bar for 6 people and a comfortable living room with a full bathroom. The great secret of this plant is its direct access to a lush colonial cobblestone courtyard. Guarded by an ancient historic stone fountain and surrounded by greenery, it's the perfect spot to breathe the morning air in absolute privacy.
The Second Level - The Versatile Shelter:
Going up the spiral stairs, the space opens up to a floor dedicated to tranquility with beautiful wood finishes. It has a separate bedroom and a cozy seating area with TV and book shelves that invite you to pause the day. This level extends to a covered balcony that hides the house's favorite disconnect corner, ideal for losing track of time.
The Third Level - The Sanctuary on High:
Reserved exclusively for privacy and absolute relaxation. The master bedroom is sheltered by the sloping roof structure, offering an extremely romantic atmosphere, a full en-suite bathroom with rustic finishes and a unique handmade tub. Its greatest treasure is hidden when you open the windows of its private covered balcony: a unique and moving perspective that you will only understand when you sit there at sunset.

Architecture and Conservation: The property preserves corners steeped in nostalgia, including traditional stone fireplaces and the fountain in the lower courtyard. Transportation: For longer distances, you can easily use street taxis, mobility apps (Uber, Cabify, etc.) or the Transmillennia system.

Parking: If you are traveling by car, there is a 24-hour public parking lot very close to the house. In addition, if your car is small, we could offer you a space a few meters from the property (subject to availability; please contact us first).
