Positioned in a quiet standalone setting, this cozy 38 m² detached cottage offers a functional and welcoming retreat for up to six guests. The compact layout features a double bedroom, a separate cabin room with two single beds, and a double sofa bed in the main living space, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements for families or small groups.
The open-plan living area includes a comfortable seating nook, a television, and air conditioning for warm summer days, flowing directly into a fully equipped kitchenette complete with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Glass doors open out onto a private terrace furnished with outdoor seating, overlooking the shared property grounds.
Guests enjoy access to a range of on-site amenities, including a shared heated swimming pool open from April through October, a fitness equipment area, and a table tennis table.
