Upon arriving at this exquisite coastal home, enter into the opening hallway which is the perfect space to hang coats and pull off those walking boots after a day of exploring. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor will keep the chill off in winter months too. Making your way through the home, enter the fabulous open-plan, triple-aspect lounge/kitchen/diner. This space exudes quality and offers sociable space for all the family. The main living area contains three comfortable sofas from which to enjoy the warming crackle of the wood burner, whilst watching your favourite films on the Smart TV. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with handcrafted units, granite worktops and all the appliances you will need. Guests have a choice of seating options from which to enjoy the nominated chef’s feast, including the central dining-table, breakfast bar and even the comfortable outdoor seating on those warmer evenings. Just beside the main entertaining area, there is the added bonus of a snug with additional Smart TV - a perfect spot to relax and read a book, or even spark some healthy competition with a family board game. A utility-room and downstairs shower room with WC complete the downstairs. A beautiful staircase leads from the hallway to the stylish glass balustraded landing and four bedrooms. All bedrooms are wonderfully fitted and offer incredible space. The master bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) accompanied by a Smart TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Two further bedrooms both contain king-size beds, both with Smart TV's, and one offering an additional en-suite shower room and WC. Finally, the fourth bedroom is made up with twin single beds and a Smart TV. Completing the upstairs is the family bathroom which boasts a fabulous roll-top bath, separate shower and WC.

Make your way to the enclosed outdoor decking and garden via the bi-fold doors in the living space, or through side gates at the property.
