Located in the village of Cantley, a stay in this property allows guests to explore all that the Norfolk coast has to offer. With many beaches to choose from, there’s the chance to see incredible wildlife and views, including local seals at Winterton and Horsey (15 miles). Horsey is full of grey seal pups in November, December and January, there's also Blakeney point with common seal pups (Jun-Aug) and grey seal pups (Nov - Jan). If you’re venturing out, visit RSPB Buckenham and Cantley Marshes, known for being one of only two places in the UK where a small flock of taiga bean goose regularly spends the winter. For golf lovers, Norfolk is blessed with several courses including the Great Yarmouth and Caister links course (16 miles), or for a serious spot of retail therapy, the vibrant city of Norwich is just 15 miles away, offering shops and a wealth of entertainment, from bars and restaurants to historic buildings and museums. Fancy leaving the car behind? The local railway station is just a short walk, with regular trains to Lowestoft, Norwich and beyond.

Set across two floors, this upside-down property offers two ground-floor king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and the other with an en-suite shower room with WC. Both bedrooms also have plenty of storage space and a TV. Upstairs, you have a spacious open-plan layout which is ideal for socialising. The kitchen boasts everything you require to cook up a light snack or evening meal, and then serve it up at the dining table which has enough seating for all guests. The lounge area has a sofa and two armchairs which surround a Smart TV, with a view across the countryside providing a fitting backdrop for any cosy night in. There is also the convenience of a WC on the first floor.

Outside, you have a large, enclosed garden and patio area with a table and chairs, ideal when it’s time to enjoy some evening drinks or dining alfresco.
