There are also an array of amenities and activities in the area such as fishing, golf, golden beaches, water sports and an open-air seawater lido at Shoalstone. Other attractions easily accessible from here include the popular coastal town of Kingswear (6.5 miles) where you can take the ferry across the water to popular Dartmouth, Dartmoor national park (16 miles), Totnes and Paignton Zoo (5.5 miles), where you will find all sorts of exotic animals and wildlife.

This fabulously sociable living space boasts a vaulted ceiling, feature floor to ceiling windows, distant sea views and comfortable sofa with accompanying armchair arranged around Smart TV’s and a warming wood burner, the ideal space to relax in style at the end of the day. The beautifully appointed kitchen space provides all appliances needed for a stress-free stay, whilst there is further relaxed dining options with a main dining area accompanied with a breakfast bar. The perfect spot to sit with a morning cuppa and plan the day’s adventures ahead. As all of the accommodation is handily arranged on the one level the bedrooms are situated just across the hallway, one bedroom provides a king-size bed with built in wardrobe and Smart TV, whilst the second bedroom handily offers something different with twin single beds. Completing this wonderfully stylish interior is the family bathroom, with overhead waterfall shower over a spacious jacuzzi bath.

Making your way out through the French doors from the living area will take you out onto the private patio area, which offers seating for you to relax and enjoy alfresco eating after a day exploring. The property also offers seating at the front, where you can relax with your favourite tipple and enjoy the glorious views across to the bay. The guests can also enjoy the shared lawn area, a large communal space perfect for children to play their favourite games.
