This 31+ night residence offers an affordable and effortless extended stay in Newport Beach. Thoughtfully furnished for guests seeking to experience the best of coastal living, the apartment features pool and ocean views from the living room and kitchen, with many local highlights just a short stroll away. Everything you need awaits in this third-level 2BR/2BA apartment, set within a prestigious Newport Beach community.
OUTDOOR SPACES:
Enjoy two private balconies. The balcony off the living and dining area features a lounge chair, dining for three, and pool and ocean views. A second balcony, accessible from both the primary and guest bedrooms, offers an additional dining table for three.
BEDROOMS:
- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, closet, desk ideal for remote work, en-suite bathroom, access to shared balcony
- Guest Bedroom: Queen-size bed, closet, access to shared balcony
BATHROOM:
- En-Suite Bathroom: Step-in shower with skylight, two showerheads
- Hallway Bathroom: Step-in shower
LIVING, DINING & KITCHEN:
Relax in the main sitting area with two sofas, a gas log fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, seamlessly connected to the formal dining area with seating for six. Expansive sliding glass doors open to the private balcony with pool and ocean views.
The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and KitchenAid mixer. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.
Just off the kitchen, a casual dining nook seats four, while the informal living area offers a cozy sofa and flat-screen TV for laid-back relaxation.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2BR/2BA apartment. This includes all interior spaces and both private third-floor balconies.

This neighborhood is primarily residential and known for its peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Guests are expected to respect the community and comply with all Newport Beach Municipal Codes, including regulations regarding noise, maximum occupancy, parking, and other applicable requirements. Failure to do so may result in fines and/or eviction without a refund.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
