Upstairs, the luxurious master bedroom has a king-sized zip-and-link bed, walk-in wardrobe, TV and en-suite shower room with WC. The second and third bedrooms both have queen-sized zip-and-link beds that can be made up as double or twin beds. The bedrooms have been decorated to compliment the outside coastal scenes. There is also a light and airy bathroom with shower over bath and WC.


Outside, there is a large decked area with lounging chairs, which then gives way to a pebbled garden. Here, you can enjoy relaxing afternoons and summer evenings in the sunshine.


Located only a five-minute walk from Camber Sands beach and dunes, this property is ideally situated for large parties or families looking to make the most of the water sports, swimming and long walks this beach has to offer. Keen golfers will enjoy a round at the nearby Rye Golf Club, while Rye town is home to a selection of fantastic independent cafes, restaurants and shops whether you’re looking for freshly caught seafood or antique furniture.
