A short 5-mile drive will take you to the town of Totnes, with a popular local market, unique shops and cafes and a selection of restaurants. Less than 3 miles away is Paignton offering an assortment of beaches, seaside fun and freshly sourced food to taste. Within 10 miles drive is the ever-popular town of Dartmouth with a selection of days out including Dartmouth Castle, Britannia Royal Naval College, and the Dartmouth Steam Railway. Discover Dartmoor National Park, just 12 miles away, and spend days exploring the wonderful countryside by foot or bike and uncover some truly picturesque settings.

Entering this beautiful hut, you will immediately find yourself in the open-plan lounge, kitchen, dining and sleeping area. There’s a cosy double bed with a Smart TV on the wall for the evening’s entertainment. There’s a dining space to enjoy your meals which you can prepare in the compact kitchen equipped with a ring hob, a microwave and a fridge. Situated in the corner is a quirky wood burner for extra warmth during chilly evenings, and completing the hut is a shower room with a WC.

Outside, enjoy al fresco evenings with an outdoor seating area situated around the peaceful setting of your personal pond. Prepare dinner on the BBQ or stargaze at night and let the setting take control.
