The property itself is located on the stunning grounds of the owner’s estate as well as being on the fringes of the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which offers you some stunning walks for both yourself and your four-legged friend. Other attractions within a fifteen-mile radius include the famous and spectacular Colchester Zoo and the Seaquarium located om the pier at Clacton-on-Sea.

Guests enter the property by the front door and you arrive in an open-plan living/bedroom area. The lounge area has a large sofa and large wall mounted TV and French doors leading to the patio area - sun loungers provided. Should you wish to dine in and relax there is a table and two chairs in the lounge area. The kitchen area has a small combination microwave oven, induction hob,oven and fridge. The bedroom area has a king-size bed with ample wardrobe and storage space and there is a shower room with wash basin and wc.
