Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport/ID details.

Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1- notify the building security to allow you in
2- register your stay with tourism authorities

The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit, and there is additional charge of 1,500 AED if smoking was detected.


**The late check-out fee is 400 AED per hour after 12:00 PM without approval, Late checkout is subjected to availability.
