The coastal towns of Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth are all within easy reach by car and offer lovely beaches and an array of charming shops. The market town of Wellington is just five miles away, Taunton eight miles and Honiton just over 10 miles, all offering shopping opportunities, restaurants and leisure entertainments. In the local village there is a community shop selling locally sourced food including meat, eggs, vegetables and public house, both of which are 0.5 miles away and can be reached via a 15-minute walk.

Enter the property to find a large, spacious lounge area with everything you need for a relaxing evening in front of the TV. There are comfy sofas, a stylish gas fire and a 4k Smart TV . The lounge leads through to the kitchen, which is well fitted and equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The king-size bedroom with its own Smart TV can be found on the first floor.

From the kitchen, a door leads out to a small patio with seating that is perfect positioned to soak up the early morning sun with a coffee in hand. There is also a lawn area at the front of the property and to the rear with additional seating. There areas enjoy the afternoon and evening sun so are ideal for an evening drink or a BBQ (provided).
