About this house rental
The Shiloh Bungalow sits on Shiloh Street in downtown Springdale, with a private pool and a spacious backyard.
Most of what you'll need is on foot from the front door. Emma Avenue is a five-minute walk — Onyx Coffee, taquerías, local shops, restaurants, and bars. Turnbow Park and the Razorback Greenway are eight minutes on foot, and Luther George Park is ten.
An easy base before or after a Razorback game, a day on the bike trails, or a weekend working your way around Northwest Arkansas. 20 minutes to Razorback Stadium and the University of Arkansas, 20 to the AMP, 25 to Bentonville.
THE SPACE
Built in the 1930s, the bungalow has kept its original character without getting precious about it. Bright artwork, colorful textiles, and windows that pull in light all day make it feel like a home someone actually lives in, not a staged rental. It has the quirks that come with a house this age — a door that sticks, floors that creak in the usual places, walls that aren't perfectly plumb. We call them character. We think you will too.
2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. One king, one queen. The kitchen is set up for people who actually cook: full-size range, sharp knives, real cookware, everything you need for a group dinner or just coffee before an early bike ride. Cozy living room with a smart TV, a spacious dining table, and plenty of board games and books for slower days.
THE YARD
Fully fenced and private. Grill, covered gazebo with ample seating, and enough open space for kids or a dog to run.
THE POOL
A simple in-ground pool, professionally cleaned weekly. We'll be straight with you, this pool is not winning any beauty contests. The surface is cosmetically dated and resurfacing is on the to do list. But on a 95° Ozarks afternoon in July, nobody's looking at the plaster. There are several trees close to the pool, so you will most likely need to use the net to clean out some leaves before your swim.
WORKING FROM HOME
There's a desk in one bedroom, plus tables throughout the house if you'd rather spread out. High-speed fiber Wi-Fi (approximately 360+ Mbps) - remote work friendly.
PARKING
We have off-street parking. Our driveway can fit up to four vehicles.
Guest access
You'll have the entire first floor to yourselves, plus the fenced backyard and pool area. It's all yours for the length of your stay.
Other things to note
Pets are allowed for an $50 additional charge. Please tell us at booking so we can be sure to latch the fence gate and put out pet bowl for you. We ask that pets don't go on the furniture or beds and that you pick up the yard before you leave.
This is a residential neighborhood with neighbors who've lived here a long time. Quiet hours 10pm–8am. No parties or events.
