Summary:

Enjoy a relaxing Amelia Island getaway at Anchored Away. Located within walking distance of Main Beach Park, guests have easy access to the beach, playgrounds, putt-putt golf, and local favorites like Salt Life Food Shack. The community features a pool and jacuzzi, providing the perfect place to cool off or unwind after a day in the sun. Conveniently located near both the elevator and stairwell, this ocean-view condo offers an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.



The Space:

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features an open-concept layout with ocean views from the private balcony. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds. Additional sleeping space is provided by a full-size Murphy bed tucked into the living room entertainment center. The spacious living and dining areas create a welcoming atmosphere for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy time together while taking in the sights and sounds of the beach.



Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so pack light! Each sink in unit will come with hand soap, as well as bath towels , hand, and wash rags.



Your reservation will include a starter pack of dish detergent and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/wash rags for dishes, dish soaps, and a sponge.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the pool as well as the jacuzzi on site. There is a community grilling area also located at the pool for guest use. Please use parking spaces in the parking lot. Outdoor showers and a short walk to Main Beach, where there are endless weekend activities. Fort Clinch is also located extremely close as well.



The Neighborhood:

Located on the north end of Amelia Island within the Ocean Park Condo Complex, Anchored Away offers a serene coastal retreat just a short walk from Main Beach Park, where guests can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing. Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION: All properties are self-check-in. You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival. You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

OTHER FEES: Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: *10% OF THE BOOKING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival. We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for emergencies.
