Newly renovated!!! Large condo (2000 sq ft) located at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon in Utah's Wasatch Mountains. Prime location for skiers and mountain goers. World class skiing at Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude. Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley about 40 minutes away. 20 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport. Walking distance to restaurants, ski rental shop, and UTA Ski bus. Grocery store is 1 mile away. Target, Wal-mart, and more shopping less than 10 minutes.
The space
Newly renovated!! My husband and I would love to share our condo with you at the doorstep of the Wasatch. We love these mountains and live nearby, and we can help you make the most of your vacation. Whether you're looking to snag that first chair on a powder day, or cruise the groomers on a sunny day, we're here for you, and this is the PRIME location for launching an epic mountain adventure. After cruising the slopes, come unwind in the hot tub then kick up your feet and enjoy the new 65" OLED smart TV. The ski bus/shuttle, The Lifthouse (ski gear/rental), Alpha Coffee, and several popular restaurants are all within walking distance.
Main living floor includes kitchen (fully stocked), dining room, living room (w/ 65" OLED TV), deck with hot tub and grill, two bedrooms. One king en suite w/ 42" TV, and adjoining tub/shower bathroom. Two twin bed bedroom, laundry room, and powder bath with beautiful shower.
Top floor includes master bedroom (king w/ 55" TV), closet and full bathroom. Near the master at the top of the stairs, is an open room loft (2 twin beds).
Basement includes a bonus room (king bed).
High Speed internet and smart tv's.
2 car garage. Garage door opener provided for your stay. Pegs for hanging skis. **Large ski racks and cargo boxes on top of SUV's or vans will not fit in the garage.
Local area: Walking distance to many restaurants. Porcupine Grill, Saola (Asian fusion), Eight Settlers Distillery and Alpha Coffee. The Lift House (located next to Porcupine Grill) has ski rentals, outdoor clothing and gear.
Canyon Access: The Park & Ride for Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude/Brighton) is right at the base of the canyon. The UTA ski bus stops here. Little Cottonwood is a few miles south, of the condo, on Wasatch Blvd. The Cottonwood Connect Shuttle stops at the hotel across the street to access Big OR Little Cottonwood Canyons. Reservations are required for these shuttles.
Check in: You will be given an electric code the day of check in.

Other things to note
Please do not park in front of any other units garages. Please park inside the garages, especially when snowing so optimal snow removal can take place. You can park outside of the condo complex, in guest parking, if you have large cargo boxes on top of your SUV.
