Other Details to Note:

Our pool is professionally serviced once per week on Tuesdays. Please note, if there is inclement weather the service may be pushed to later in the week. The technician will access only the backyard pool area and will not enter the home. We work hard to keep the patio, pool, and outdoor areas clean and inviting. However, due to coastal winds and occasional storms, leaves, sand, or other natural debris may accumulate between our scheduled maintenance visits.

To operate the pool alarm open the door and press the button which will give you 7 seconds to close the door and prevent the alarm from sounding. If alarm sounds close the door and press the button and it will reset. Do not remove this as it is for the safety of our guests.

Our landscaper visits once a week on Thursdays and will have access to the front and back.

Please Note: If there is inclement weather our vendors may come on the next best day to service the property.

Trash Service Comes Tuesdays and Fridays.

The golf cart is not permitted on Highway 98 or Front Beach Rd. and only meant for the neighborhood and crossing Front Beach Rd. It is not a street legal golf cart other than the neighborhood the house is located in.

Security Cameras are on Front Door and inside Garage only.
