Spend the afternoon by the private pool, play volleyball in the backyard, shoot hoops, challenge the kids to air hockey, then end the night with s’mores around the firepit. 🔥



The setting feels peaceful and tucked away, with mature walnut trees, a huge yard and plenty of shade — yet you’re still within easy driving distance of Frisco, Denton, DFW Airport and Dallas.



🏡 THE SPACE



There’s plenty of room here for everyone to be together without feeling on top of each other.



The living room, dining area and kitchen are all close together, making the main part of the house an easy gathering spot. Outside, you have three acres to enjoy, with a private pool, basketball court, volleyball, firepit and lots of room for kids to play.



It works especially well for families, multi-generational trips, lake weekends and longer North Texas stays.



🛋️ LIVING ROOM



The spacious living room has large windows overlooking the front yard and its beautiful mature walnut trees.



The trees provide tons of natural shade, and the front yard has plenty of space for kids to roam and play.



Inside, get comfortable on the sofa, turn on the TV and enjoy the electric fireplace year-round. It's a great spot for movie nights or just relaxing after a day at the pool or lake.



🍽️ KITCHEN + DINING



Just across from the living room is the dining area and fully equipped kitchen.



You'll have what you need to make breakfast before heading out, put together lunch for a pool day or cook dinner at home when nobody feels like going anywhere.



The open setup keeps everyone connected, even when someone gets stuck doing the cooking. 😉



A quick note about the water: The property uses well water, and drinking water is not provided. Please plan to bring or purchase bottled or filtered drinking water for your stay.

The King Primary Suite has its own ensuite, while the Queen and Full bedrooms share the second bathroom.



The third full bathroom is located through the laundry room behind the kitchen, and this one is especially handy on pool days. The laundry room has a door leading directly to the patio, so wet swimmers can come inside and use the bathroom without walking through the bedrooms.



🏊 PRIVATE POOL



Texas summers were made for pool days. ☀️



The home has its own private outdoor pool with a fenced and gated pool area. Grab a lounger, cool off in the water and spend the afternoon without having to go anywhere.



The pool reaches a maximum depth of approximately 8 feet and is not heated.



The patio entrance through the laundry room also gives you easy access to a full bathroom from the pool area.



Please note: Children must be closely supervised around the pool at all times.

The home welcomes up to 3 pets.



Pet fee: $50 per pet, per night.



Please include all pets on your reservation and let us know how many are coming.



While you'll have plenty of acreage to enjoy, the entire property is not fenced, so pets should be supervised while outside.

Quiet hours are 9 PM–7 AM. During those hours, please keep outdoor music, pool activity and conversations at a respectful volume.



Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, and only registered guests are permitted unless approved in advance.
