About this house rental

Entire villa set in a 3,500 m² wooded park with no direct overlooking, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Ideal for families and groups of friends of up to 11 guests: 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, pool table and private cinema room. Outdoors: private unheated pool, enclosed garden, terrace, fire pit, barbecue and games. 45 min from Puy du Fou, 35 min from Les Sables-d’Olonne beaches and 45 min from Nantes. Self check-in, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Friendly gatherings among registered guests are welcome, with quiet hours from 10 pm and no outdoor sound system. For safety and neighbourhood respect, an exterior camera covers only the entrance, driveway and parking; an indoor noise monitor measures sound levels only and never records conversations.
