About this house rental
Our holiday apartment is located on the second floor of Villa Marin, right in the center of Zinnowitz on the sunny island of Usedom, just steps from the fine sandy beach.
With its three rooms and south-facing balcony, it can accommodate four to six people.
The apartment features a living area with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a south-facing balcony.
In the brightly furnished living area, a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a modern smart TV with a soundbar invite you to cozy evenings. The high-quality sofa bed (suitable for everyday use) provides sleeping space for one or two additional guests.
On sunny days, our balcony offers space for relaxing hours or even barbecues (a high-quality electric grill is provided). Enjoy your coffee on the outdoor sofa with a view over the rooftops of Zinnowitz towards the forest.
