There is also a conservatory and a second-floor snug. The bedrooms include a super-king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, a family room with king-size and bunk with en-suite walk-in shower, a family room with king-size and single with en-suite walk-in shower, a king-size, a twin, a second-floor king-size, a second-floor twin with en-suite walk-in shower, and a second-floor single. Additional facilities include a bathroom with bath, a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a first-floor cloakroom with a basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a multi-level garden with patio, furniture, pizza oven, barbecue, hot tub, cold plunge bath, and wood-fired sauna, along with ample off-road parking. One well-behaved pet welcome. Five well-behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £25.00 per pet. Shop and pub 2.3 miles. Sorry, no smoking. Town: The attractive market town of South Molton is known as The Gateway to Exmoor and is ideally placed in North Devon, boasting a range of shops, amenities, and a twice-weekly market. Being pleasantly situated not far from both coastal and inland beauty spots it will suit visitors of all tastes. In close proximity are forests, moors, rivers, and coasts, with churches and other buildings of historical significance. Residents find the quiet charm of the area attractive and visitors soon experience the sense of civic pride held by the locals. The traditional market town of South Molton is home to its historic Pannier Market, held every Thursday and Saturday, where you can browse local produce, crafts and independent stalls. There is superb walking on the South West Coast Path and the North Devon beaches are varied and interesting. Visit the National Trust's Watersmeet Gorge, Valley of the Rocks, and the funicular cliff railway. Up on Exmoor, there are various walks to suit all abilities, as well as highlights such as Tarr Steps, Landacre Bridg,e and the village of Withypool. Further afield, the resorts of Ilfracombe and Combe Martin are well worth a visit, and for some of the best beaches in the country, visit Woolacombe and Saunton and Croyde.
