5. No overnight guests beyond the number on the reservation. No visitors allowed.
6. No pets (service animals: contact us before your stay). Violations may incur a fine.
7. One car included with parking; additional cars are $50 each.
8. Guests cover replacement costs for lost keys, fobs, or parking passes.
9. Guests assume responsibility for loss, injury, or damage on the premises and must report any damage to the host.
10. Guests consent to maintenance staff entering the unit for routine/urgent repairs, with reasonable notice except in emergencies.
11. USPS mailbox access is not permitted by law.
12. Booking constitutes agreement to these vehicle needs to be registered by sending back a photo of the car to avoid towing rules. Violations may result in fees, damages, charges, or removal from the property.
